  Their products are fine but customers relations of senior people was atrocious. Rude and no concept that we were customers and at one point threaten to keep product and give me our money back. No wonder they are quiet enough to produce custom products 3 weeks quicker than others. Very negative attitude and we wouldn't recommend their service although if your thick skinned to cope with attitude the stone is great. MD should know better and be careful how he speaks to people he doesn't know.
